Who we are

RN Consultants Inc. is a Canadian corporation providing AI implementation and governance services to organizations worldwide. We act as the controller for personal information collected through this website, and as a processor for personal information handled on behalf of clients during engagements.

Information we collect

Enquiry information you submit: name, organization, role, email address, sector, jurisdiction and the content of your message.

Limited technical information generated when you visit the site, such as page requests and approximate region, used to keep the site secure and understand aggregate usage.

Engagement information exchanged under a written agreement, which is governed by that agreement and our Data Handling Statement.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and arrange discovery calls, to deliver and administer engagements, to meet legal and professional obligations, and to send material you have explicitly requested. We do not sell personal information and we do not use enquiry data to train models.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or equivalent regimes apply, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries, contract performance for engagement delivery, consent for optional communications, and legal obligation where retention is required.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are retained for the period stated in the client agreement, and otherwise for seven years where professional or tax obligations require it.

Disclosure and transfers

We disclose personal information only to service providers who support our operations under written terms, to professional advisers, and where required by law. Where information is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses and, where a client requires it, regional hosting.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at contact@rnconsultants.ca (or hello@rnconsultants.ca or info@rnconsultants.ca) and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your supervisory authority, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We apply role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, logging, and least-privilege access to systems holding personal information. Suspected breaches are assessed and notified in line with applicable law.
