RN Consultants Inc. is an independent Canadian consultancy that helps organizations design, govern, and deploy artificial intelligence responsibly. We work with enterprises, institutions, and technology partners across Canada, the United States, Europe, the UAE, Central and South Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
Our engagements are delivered in collaboration with a network of specialist partners — legal, technical, audit, and sector-specific experts — assembled to match the jurisdiction, risk profile, and complexity of each deployment. Every engagement is led by the founder and principal consultant, Rody Nigel, PhD, who works directly with clients from initial assessment through to gate approval and continuous governance.
We do not sell technology, resell software, or push pre-packaged frameworks. We apply PMAIS — the Project Management Artificial Intelligence System — to build evidence-based deployment records that organizations can operate, audit, and defend.

Founder & principal consultant
Rody Nigel, PhD — author of PMAIS.
Rody Nigel has spent his career delivering systems inside organizations that answer to regulators, auditors, boards, and the public.
Across more than 12 years of project and programme management, the pattern was consistent: the technology was rarely the constraint. What decided outcomes was whether the organization could explain, evidence, and defend what it had deployed.
That pattern intensified with artificial intelligence. PMAIS — the Project Management Artificial Intelligence System — is the result: a phase-and-gate method with named approvers, mapped obligations, and retained artefacts at every gate.
Rody holds a PhD in Geospatial Information Systems and a Master's degree in Satellite Remote Sensing from the University of Cambridge. He is the author and copyright holder of the PMAIS Framework & Governance (Canadian Copyright Registration No. 1248551).
His sector experience spans aerospace, banking and capital markets, health, telecommunications, insurance, transportation, manufacturing, government, and research — giving him practical grounding in the controls that different auditors, regulators, and boards expect to see.
